Blogging from Whistler... amazing conditions for this time of year. Laughs, good food, bubble baths, the mountains and playing in the snow is what makes this place so special to me.
some things I am thankful for this year are:
the love and support from my friends
the love from my brother
playing with my nephews
all the moments that bring joy
all the good laughs
the support from everyone for my bike ride to Portland
the generosity of those who supported my fundraising for Leukemia
a nice long summer
dessert
exploring new corners in Europe
a healthy body
the early ski season
savoring new red wines
being fortunate in so many ways
"Insanity," it's said, "is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
I've spent the entire year exploring different ways to do the same things, and collecting new experiences and learnings along the way. I finally see my life taking a different course; one I only dreamt about before. My life has new colors, more dimensions and a new purpose.
flybutterfly ... and reach new heights
My neighborhood is covered with a layer of snow. As if somebody sprinkled confectioners sugar. It is amazingly beautiful.
Too many thoughts in my head. I am glad I found a place to put them, so that I can free space in my head to brew new thoughts.
